AB1271 PREVALENCE OF RHEUMATOLOGIC DISEASES IN PATIENTS PRESENTING WITH UVEITIS

Background Uveitis may occur in the course of systemic inflammatory rheumatic diseases, or it be first clinical presentation these diseases. Objectives To determine prevalence disease patients whose initial manifestation is non-infectious uveitis. Methods Adult diagnosed with uveitis Dokuz Eylul University Ophthalmology Department and referred to investigate etiology rheumatological were included study. Demographic features, laboratory imaging findings examined. Results 106 (42.4% anterior uveitis, 2.8% intermediate 19.8% posterior 34.9% panuveitis) 52.8% male mean age was 40.19±14.82 years. The attack 38.7±15.02 33% rheumatologic (10 SpA, 17 Behçet’s Disease, two vasculitis, sarcoidosis, three undifferentiated connective tissue disease, one rheumatoid arthritis). SpA 20% presenting detected 27% panuveitis 33.3% finding chamber involvement. Bilateral two-thirds affected, tends recur more (p=0.014). Conclusion A approximately one-third Investigation for terms diseases very important as change diagnosis treatment process. Disclosure Interests None declared
